Fastaff is thrilled to announce Jennifer O. as one of our Nurses Week VIP Campaign winners. Jennifer O. has been selected as one of our VIPs for their outstanding contributions to healthcare and dedication to nursing excellence. Take a minute to read their story below.

We also want to extend our thanks to Crystal O. for recognizing their dedication.

Jennifer's Story: “We all know how tumultuous 2020 was but my sister worked as an ICU NURSE during the height of Covid and after. Her patients were truly sick, intubated and declining rapidly but she never wavered and went to work every day during that time. She genuinely cared for her patients and their family. In those times, she kept herself together and maintained her mental and physical health to come to work every night and care for her patients. She was extremely helpful to her staff and worked as charge and preceptor during this time. My sister's efforts in the ICU are why several patients survived. She was attentive to these often-nonverbal patients and was able to have many extubated and discharged. She is an amazing nurse.”

Jennifer O. will be awarded the choice of a ticket to TravCon 2024 or a $350 gift card, and Crystal O. will be awarded a $50 gift card for her winning nomination.
